What is Mortgage Protection?
Mortgage protection insurance eases the financial burden for your loved ones in the event of illness, injury, or death.  It is an affordable way of ensuring that your home is paid for no matter what the circumstances.  Cancer, stroke, heart attack, injury, accident, or death… your family will never be uprooted or forced to leave their home as long as you put a custom mortgage protection plan in place.

Will it pay my mortgage payments if I'm unable to work because I get sick?

By adding Critical Illness to your plan, you will be paid a lump sum of money, enough to pay your mortgage for two years or longer, if you suffer a critical illness including, but not limited to, heart attack, stroke, or life threatening cancer.

If I'm out of work due to an accident, will it pay my mortgage payment?

With Accidental Disability, if you are injured in an accident at home, at work, or at play, and are unable to work for more than 90 days, this plan pays your mortgage payment for up to two years or more.

Can I get my money back
if I don't need to use
the protection?

Many plans provide a 100% premium refund if the plan benefits are not used during the term. Security if you need it, and a refund if you don't!

What is the difference between
Term Insurance, Permanent Insurance and Final Expense Insurance?

Term Insurance is generally the least expensive type of life insurance.  It provides insurance protection for a specified period of time such as 10, 20, or 30 years.  If you die within the term period and the policy is in force, a death benefit is paid to your beneficiary.

During those critical years, a man or woman at age 35 may have a 30-year mortgage, car payments, college tuition for their children, etc., creating a greater financial need.

Permanent Insurance is designed to give you protection for your entire life.  It gives you peace of mind that you will always be covered no matter what changes with your health.

Another benefit of permanent insurance is that it accumulates cash value that you can access for life's emergencies.  Also, this same cash value can be used for a monthly income in your retirement years, or to pay your premium in later years.

Final Expense Insurance is designed to give you peace of mind and allow you to know you are not burdening your family with any unpaid bills.  This insurance is perfect for senior citizens or people with serious health conditions.

The cost of the average funeral today is between $5,000 and $10,000.  When considering the amount needed for your final expenses, remember to add in the cost of hospital bills and any other bills you may be leaving behind.

What are Annuities?
While life insurance protects you financially against an early or unexpected death, annuities protect you from the financial risk of living too long and outliving your money.  Fixed annuities perform better than your traditional saving options with a safeguard against the losses that can take place in the market.  Our licensed professionals will assist you in setting up your retirement fund, so you can live the rest of your life relaxed and worry-free.
